Shipping

Q: How much will shipping be?
A: In most cases, shipping will be free however this may vary depending on your exact location and shipping option.

Q: Why didn't my shipment come in one package?
A: We ship your orders from various warehouse locations (US, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple
items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. 

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We provide both domestic and international shipping. However, due to security reasons, we can’t deliver a shipment to the military area.

Q: How do you ship?
A: Shipping method will depend on the item purchased and where the item is being delivered. We will always process the order with the intention of getting it to you faster and will provide all of the tracking information for your purchase once it is processed.


Shipping Time

Q: How long will my order take to be delivered?
A: The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes only 10-15 business days for shipping to the US and 15-20 business days for international shipping.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email address that was given when the order was placed. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days
after you receive that email.

Q: When will my tracking information appear?
A: You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID.

Q: Why is my shipment status unchanged?
A: There can be several reasons that your order status is unchanged, but usually it is because of a delivery delay due to  weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order has been shipped.

Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card or Google Pay. All products are listed in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.

Q: Which currency do you take on your website?
A: Our products are listed in US Dollar, but our system will automatically convert it for you if you are in another location.
